First Aid Training equips participants with essential life-saving skills to respond confidently and effectively during medical emergencies. The training focuses on immediate care techniques for injuries, illnesses, and life-threatening situations before professional medical help arrives. Objectives

Understand the principles and importance of first aid.
Learn how to assess emergency situations and provide initial care.
Develop skills to treat common injuries such as cuts, burns, fractures, and bleeding.
Practice CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and use of AED (Automated External Defibrillator).
Understand the correct response to medical conditions like shock, choking, fainting, or seizures.
Learn how to manage workplace accidents until emergency responders arrive.

Course Content

Introduction to First Aid & Legal Responsibilities
Primary Assessment – DRABC (Danger, Response, Airway, Breathing, Circulation)
CPR and AED Use (Adult & Child)
Bleeding, Wounds & Bandaging Techniques
Burns, Fractures, and Shock Management
Choking and Breathing Difficulties
Medical Emergencies (Stroke, Seizure, Heart Attack, Fainting)
First Aid Kit Contents and Usage
Incident Reporting and Communication

Duration

4 to 6 hours (can be tailored as Basic or Advanced level)

Certification

Participants will receive a First Aid Certificate valid for 2–3 years (based on provider).
